Troubleshooting and Programming
Press and hold the down button until the desk reaches its lowest height, at which point it will rise slightly. Once this happens, you can release the down button.
Important: Your desk must reach its lowest height without encountering any objects.
If the desk doesn’t begin to move after pressing the down button, release the button and try again.
If the problem persists, hold the down button for 15 – 30 seconds & try again.
If the desk doesn’t move after attempting the instructions above, or if your display continues to display an error code, please perform the Full Desk Reset procedure listed below.
Press and hold the #3 and #4 buttons at same time for approx. 5 seconds. “RST” will show on LED display.

- Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Discharge the control box by holding the DOWN button for 10 seconds.
- Disconnect the power cord and remote from the control box, then plug them back in.
- Disconnect the control box cables from both legs.
- If you have a 2 or 3 motor desk, reverse the leg cables and reconnect them so that they are now plugged into the opposite ports. Also, pay attention to the results once it is plugged back in. If the problem persists or shifts, please contact us at 1(888) 854–1457.
- Verify that you’ve secured the control box to the desk frame to prevent the anti-collision system from being triggered. Failure to properly verify may cause movement of the control box to trigger the anti-collision system. Mount the component securely to the desk before attempting the above.
- Verify that all of the cables are properly inserted into the control box.
- Plug the desk back in.
- Perform the Quick Reset procedure described above. If you have the Homii, please perform the Quick Reset Procedure specific to your model.
- If your desk is not functioning properly at this point, please contact us for technical assistance
This code indicates that your desk needs to be reset. The quick reset procedure described above typically fixes most issues. If issues persist, please perform a full desk rest.
This code indicates that there is an issue with one of the legs. Follow the full desk reset procedure above. After performing the procedure, the code should vanish. If the code changes to the opposite number, please contact us.
- Verify that the keypad cord is properly connected to the control box.
- Verify that the power cord is connected to a working electrical outlet.
- If all appears well connected and your power source is functioning but your desk is still unresponsive, please contact us for further assistance
If you own a crank desk or a single motor lift table, verify that the drive shaft connecting leg 1 to leg 2 is properly connected and free of any damage. When building your desk, be sure that both legs at the minimum height before installing the driveshaft.
For dual and triple motor models, please perform the quick reset procedure, which should level the desk. Verify that no objects under or around the desk will interfere or collide with the frame while performing the reset as that may trigger the anti-collision sensor. If the quick reset doesn’t work, please perform the full reset. Take special note of Step 5.
To save a preset height, set your desk to the desired sitting or standing position. Press the M button and then press the number you want to associate this height with. Repeat this sequence for other positions

- If you see 002: This allows you to press the up or down button once and release. The desk will remain in motion until another button is clicked.
- Use the up and down buttons to select which mode you prefer (Mode 001 or Mode 002).
- Press the M button again to save your settings and exit this procedure. Wait 3 seconds and the correct height should appear on the keypad again.
